TEPOZTLÁN

Year: 2023

Location: Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico

Sustainable real estate development of 9.7 hectares that integrates 68 homes with low environmental impact design. The project applies LEED principles, water reuse, renewable energy and modular construction. Inspired by the SDGs, it includes wellness spaces, bike lanes and sports areas, as well as commercial and community areas that promote social cohesion and respect local identity.

RANCHO LA COFRADÍA

Location: Tlajomulco, Jalisco, Mexico

Sustainable development project of 68.1 hectares that promotes balanced growth in Tlajomulco. It integrates areas of agriculture, livestock, industry, entertainment, education and infrastructure, using advanced methodologies such as BIM and Lean Construction to strengthen sustainable development goals.

LOS PORTALES

Year: 2025

Location: San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico

Residential development of 52,775 m² focused on the well-being of older adults. It includes 52 single-family homes and 54 duplexes in a secure, gated environment, with smart home technology and health monitoring. Based on the UN SDGs, it promotes energy efficiency, responsible water use and sustainability. Each home is designed as a smart, comfortable and future-ready residence.

XHALATA

Location: Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit, Mexico

Xhalata is a 16-hectare tourism and real estate development that integrates residences, commercial spaces and wellness areas in harmony with the natural environment. Inspired by the UN SDGs, it incorporates renewable energy, water management, reforestation and biodiversity protection. It promotes an inclusive and resilient community focused on tourism and sustainable development.
